RESERVATIONS PROCESS AND INFORMATION

We are proud members of Kennel Club Assured Breeder Scheme and always all our puppies are bred for quality, health, type and temperament.

All puppies are sold with the contract which must be signed before the puppy is picked up. Please read the sample contract carefully as it outlines your responsibilities as well as ours. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

You will be put on our waiting list when we receive your questionnaire. We require a non-refundable deposit of £200 of puppy price payable after the litter is born and before the pups are 2 weeks old. Payment is due in full before taking your puppy home.

Finding the right home for each puppy is our number one priority. We reserve the right to decide who receives one of our puppies.

You ALWAYS have the right to decide not to take a puppy even at the last minute. We would never want anyone to feel that they must take a puppy just because they are on the waiting list or have given us a deposit.

Although we will try our best to get you a puppy from the litter you are interested in, being put on our waiting list does not guarantee a puppy from that litter. They are simply too many variables involved such as litter size, sex of the puppies, colour, etc. If there is no puppy available from the litter you are waiting for, you have the option of staying on the waiting list for the next litter.

Puppies will go to their new homes at about eight - nine weeks if being picked up or flown as carry-on.  We do not ship puppies and cargo until they are 15 weeks old or older (for keeping puppy longer and/or arranging transport we are charging additional fee). We will choose which puppies go to which homes based on the requirements of the buyer, a puppy temperament test, and a puppy structure evaluation. After eight weeks with these puppies evaluating them we have a good idea which puppy will work with which family. Our priority is to make sure that each puppy is in the right home.

If none of our puppies available are suitable, you may wait for the next litter or go to another breeder and we are always happy to make referrals to other reputable breeders.

All our puppies are sold as family pets and will have their Kennel Club Registration papers endorsed.  These restrictions are to protect the welfare of the puppy but we may consider lifting this as the breeders once we have spoken with the new owner of the dog concerned if we feel the dog is or suitable quality and health to be bred from at a later stage.

We will never use the term show/breeding quality on any pup or even an adult dog as this cannot be guaranteed even on good bloodlines and we ask potential buyers to appreciate this.

We will only sell to homes that have a garden for the dog to exercise and play in – and we will require your address before you visit so we can check this – along with proof of address and ID when you come to collect the dog so we can activate the dog’s insurance (as we know people can give false information).

Each puppy will come with a comprehensive diet/information sheet – a puppy pack of food and a lifetime of support and help when required.

If you're interested in a puppy, please fill out our puppy questionnaire and send it back to us.
